Intellectual Property

All photographs and digital images created by Twisted Hippie Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only. Any commercial use or distribution of images requires written consent from Twisted Hippie Photography.

Client Cooperation

Clients are responsible for cooperating with the photographer to achieve the desired results. Failure to cooperate may affect the quality of the photographs, and we are not responsible for such consequences.

Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of equipment and clients during photo sessions, clients understand that photography involves certain risks. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during a photo session or as a result of using our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service or contract at our discretion for violations of these TOS or any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may update these TOS from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
